If you Spot It, Report It

At Devcon our goal is to provide a workplace that is safe and secure for all employees, and a uniform code of ethics that applies to everyone in the company.

If you know of any employee who has committed a theft while on the job, call the confidential Theft Hotline (888-294-1733). Your identity will be kept confidential and any information you provide will not threaten your job or be used against you in any way.

Do the Right Thing

At Devcon our goal is to enforce a uniform code of ethics that applies to everyone in the company. If you know of anyone who has committed an illegal act or has violated company policy, call the toll-free Whistle Hotline (888-294-1740) to report the offense. Your identity will be kept confidential and any information you provide will not threaten your job or be used against you in any way.

Policy violations may include, but are not limited to:

Fraud
Embezzlement
Using drugs or alcohol while on the job
Falsifying reports
Stealing intellectual property or confidential information
Engaging in harassment
Altering or destroying company records
Divulging confidential information to outsiders or competitors
